So a week ago FITX was only going to own 50% and none of us knew about it? wtf

It's good that the PHOT deal is not there anymore since we are paying
25% of CEN to the holder of the 20M financing. If PHOT was still in play
that would have been 50% stake that CEN would have given away from
FITX shareholders. So this is a very good thing that we stayed basically
the same.. Except there is no cash infusion from shares of PHOT...which
now that would have been a bad thing.
