I'm still working on many other scenarios in my head, PHOT could also be innocent as Hunt is the main suspect in the whole issue. If that's cleared and everything is great, the deal could still be valid. However, the shares obtained will be at lesser value. Bill could decline and go else where for a better deal for our best interests. Lots of crazy scenarios here lol.
