Since I wrote the post you mentioned, we learned that my compounding pharmacy estimates were low. And with the use of "significant percentage of...revenues," I am confident my 20% of gross profit guesstimate was a "gross" understatement. Indeed, the company does not use the term "significant" in connection with its share of the WRx revenues. In short, I believe the compounding pharmacy business has transformed the company into a profitable enterprise that is significantly undervalued. Your price target is reasonable.
