Right now, what does Meier have to leverage and control? Time and information. They have shown that they use those two things to their advantage. So, right now they are doing what they planned to do all along: harvest trees, align the share structure, and plan/execute their next moves. And when they can capitalize on the timing, then they will release the information they need to improve their situation. Release information early, and it becomes harder to buy back shares.

We need to stop thinking about what benefits us, and think what will benefit them. Because that is all they are thinking about.
