(PHOT), a diversified company operating in the legal cannabis industry which develops, markets and deploys products and services of legal cannabis, learned this morning that the SEC temporarily halted trading of GrowLife's stock. We were not notified in advance, but have contacted the SEC to better understand the basis of the complaint.
