Do a merger with a respectable, large, pharma Corp. We still have the PharmaJanes Platform via contract; they, AEGY, must get all their products via Sk3 contracted dispensaries/collectives. Since AEGY has so much debt and operational income negative, maybe, just maybe they go insolvent; Sk3 then picks up the PharmaJanes Platform at a firesale price. AEGY can't sell it away since the contract to only sell Sk3 based products would hold. The new corp would still have to honor the contract.
