OK, let's have a little fun here. I need some help from the Board before I start jumping head first into some research. Below are two quotes that I pulled from separate locations. Please give them a read and tell me if you think that they from the same person or two different people. These are direct copy/paste. Once I hear a few responses, I will tell you the author of each quote...
Quote #1:
"Zoning is not a flexible subject. You can object to it and ask for a different zoning, but the town determines the land use of property. I can see the town giving CEN Biotech a different zoning designation but they haven't asked for one."
Quote #2:
"Currently the site is in an agricultural zoned area, not industrial. If the processing, storage, and delivery from that site is going to take place from there a zoning change would be required to reflect the land usage different from its current zoning. I am not saying the city is not going to grant it, far from it from me to say what the town will or will not do. Simply put, as stated before the company has yet to ask the town for a zoning change or submitted a proposal indicating what activities they anticipate take place on the land."
