Maybe I'm reading your post wrong because the SEC states that there are
questions that have been raised about the accuracy and adequacy of
information in the marketplace and potentially manipulative transactions in PHOT's common stock
.
Looks just as bad as the statement regarding CANN and or maybe worse.
