I believe it is safe to assume the sec has gone over pvec with a fine tooth comb and it is still trading. They are really cracking down on pennies. Just ask "phot".That fact alone tells me a lot. With all the complaints put against pvec one would think if there was anything at all wrong it would have been one of the first suspended. Once we get past all the court stuff it will be our turn. I think many traders are waiting for that to get over with before putting their money in here
