As a reminder, the form 10 filing is a very expensive and time consuming filing. The purpose of this filing is to up list and get off of the pink sheet. The timing of this is out of the control of MPIX and with the Sec. Exchange Comm. This is what I'm waiting for.
Also I rather have announcements made after the up list to get the biggest bang for the announcement dollar and for the share price.
Would I like to have this already done, YES, I'm just as ready to make a buck as everyone else, however I need to understand that business does not happen on my time line. So I will wait and do what I did this morning and add to my position when the price dip down to .005. All of the work and expense the company has put out to get into compliance was not done to get the stock to one or two cents. I look for much bigger appreciation. This is just my opinion. Always invest with your own due diligence and rely on facts and progress the company is making.
