PHOT overvalued? No. It is valued at what people are willing to allow it to be valued at. Like art, if somebody is willing to spend 10 million on a finger painting, guess how much it is worth at that time? 10 Million. The price is so high cause many are wanting to get on early with a company who will be the largest when it is all said and done.

No other company except FITX would have caused such a ripple effect. I do think this is why the deal with FITX and PHOT was pushed back, FITX wanted more DD time, apparently they saw something funny and they told Growlife to fix it. Growlife will still be around. I would rather this crap happen now than when production starts.

I can now get the top tier companies at a discount thanks to the SEC. Talk about Christmas coming early!!!!!!

Growlife just needs to show they are clean and they are good to go. FITX may cut ties to save face for now, which is sad, but they have their investors anyway.
