I read that SEC link. Looks like exactly what Johnny L said. Stock manipulation would not necessarily put a bad light on PHOT itself if it was done outside the company. So in this case the Halt is not necessarily a bad thing? I'm doing everything I can to stay positive. So this trading action is not to be unexpected is what I hear most of you guys saying.
