If we don't need PHOT then why was the deal set up that way in the first place. I thought they were still working together and the last I heard they were to close this out by 4/30?

Does anyone, and I mean anyone here think we might not be getting the full story on how this project is being funded, or are they still figuring that out.

Please do not take this as a bash. There seems to be more and more confusion around this stock. Hopefully just bad luck. Can some of you that are more familiar with all these future transactions please comment. I'm still confused about the private funding deal announced a few weeks ago. Was that in replacement of PHOT? Very confused. Still long and holding, but confused none the less.
