This CLEARLY puts an end to any other speculation that this deal might not yet be closed. It CLEARLY says that the deal is finished/closed/DONE!!! Anyone debating this issue is wasting their time. The quote comes directly from the horse's mouth at MERDI from Jim Kambich himself when interviewed by the newspaper journalist author of this article.
