As usual, I'll bring my negative attitude to this one and say that I don't like the idea of regurgitation of what we already knew. I also don't consider California to be a successful rollout yet, so unless there's something more than "We're on one shelf," I don't really want to hear it. And the dividend? I'm excited about it but you already went over that last time. Do we really need to know again that we're getting 5%? It's not like any new investors will be attracted to a dividend that they can't get.
I want to trust in Dan, I really do, but I'm growing concerned that there's not much of a market here. We're still in one store. We're still in bed with one distributor. Where's this demand? I'm picturing Taber buying a new bottle every day until they're cleared out of stock. But you don't give one distributor and retailer a sneak peak of the product. You roll it out to whoever you can. So far, that's 1 distributor, 1 store.
And honestly, LT's review of the product gives me pause. I was always under the impression that ultra-premium anything should be drinkable straight. Most people don't spend $32 on a bottle of alcohol to use with mixers, as far as I'm concerned.
To me, everything comes down to the international contracts. As Delta said, it's about the low hanging fruit. So to me, I have to decide whether there's just something not being said about these contracts that makes them not all they're cracked up to be, or if they're 100% legit. And with the way that they talk about this domestic demand that I haven't seen, I'm nervous that there's something not quite right about these contracts.
Thinking about taking my small profits and moving on. Someone talk me off the ledge haha.
