Additional sales people will ignite the compounding north of 1m dollars a month in 120 days. Thats my gut call based on going from 0 to $500,000 in 50 days. That is damn impressive and it will be far easier to go from $500,000 to 1m as the relationships develop. My "gut" call is 1m in August if correct run rate at 12m just for compounding will ignite this situation.
