It took a minor act of Congress for me to get a waiver to replace my concrete patio, and add a freaking meter in overall depth.
Why? Because my plat violated the 35% coverage of concrete overall. Never mind the asinine ordinance was implemented 15 years after the house and improvements were built, and the structure covered 40% originally.
Frankly, I would not be surprised to see legal action from CEN in the not too distant future over such as this article and other blatantly manufactured falsehoods emanating from various 'message boards'.
