I have a hard time believing that there were not sets of blueprints and engineered drawings stamped and approved by The Lakeshore Building Department. A project of this size and caliber requires frequent inspections by building officials to insure compliance with building codes and approved blueprints. If there was any deception or variance on the part of CEN Biotech the project would have already been shut down. Obviously the construction is continuing and they are following Canadian Building Code and the approved and stamped drawings on file. This article attempts to imply deceit on the part of CEN Biotech toward the town of Lakeshore.
