It's no secret that JBI is financially challenged at this time. Most are also aware that the production numbers for Q4 will be less than most have hoped for. I would think that the company would be a hell of a lot further along if they could access the kind of cash that would be available if the share price was much higher. Fear promoters have been relentless in keeping up with their role in helping to keep the share price down. The completion of the first sale of a processor(s) is getting closer every day, fear promoters know this and that is why they have turned it up a notch.
Rome wasn't build in a day, but the emperor at least had the resources to keep going full steam ahead.
