Charts don't predict bill having to meet with the city council over zoning issues that some traders have been warning about for months. I'm sure that issue has popped up here before today. Founded or unfounded, it gives those people credibility to their even more negative claims.

It's not the chart that had negative PR, and some of us appreciate looking at the technicals and fundamentals. It was the fundamental that was bad today.

I'm sure Bill will clean it up and it will pass.
