I found this article about a lawyer retireing from the SEC. In his farewell speech he called the entire agency out on their mandate to give big banks a free pass. The shocking part of the article was the shrugs of indifference given by the SEC staff and management.
No wonder the SEC was so easily manipulated into going after JBI and ignoring the obvious NSS.
