i live in this area,changing from agriculture to industrial is a big deal. I believe that is why the original building that was suppose to be a studio couldn't get rezoned. I hope Bill can get this settled quickly, otherwise there is potential for some serious delays in the project. dealing with politics is a pain in the a$$.
