I agree I would like to see this resolved once and for all and that the pps should be rising. Hate to see this but overall may be good to get this done once and for all.

To me this seems to be more agricultural. Its a unique situation. Growing a agricultural product that is pharmaceutical grade requires this growing method. Don't want outside pollutions, insecticides etc jeopardizing the quality of the plant.

Seems more like a greenhouse operation (large scale). Cant imagine a green house would not be agricultural. Most greenhouses I know of have electric and water.
