The more I think of the new cincy location it doesn't make sense to issue shares for that kind of investment need.. Equipment alone exceeds 1M+...Your talking 5-10M to construct a structure like that complete. There's has to be some other type of funding one would obtain. Which shares not involved would that require an 8k? Something just doesn't add up lately..this is the OTC people gamble.. Yet no one is taking a chance here
