Agent's chart studies of dilution made a good case the 53m shares were likely dumped months ago. More than this, it's nearly imposssible to imagine that CF, even if they didn't dump in 2013, would not have dumped that tranche on the way to 6 cents in Feb 2014. From my understanding, the players in the convertible arena are in it for the quick buck after the holding period expires.
