The name MI Financial Services, Inc. now appears upon searching Registered Agents at sunbiz.org, where before it did not. See attachment #1. Apparently (click on MIFSI link at site), the name of ??? was changed to MI Financial Services, Inc. (Burke) on the very day (03/28/2014) the Burke and Barrera filing replaced the eye-opening but fleeting 03/25/2014 filing. The 03/25 had introduced Choo, Burke, and Hipple under the officer/director detail of AEGY and Hipple as representing registered agent firm Indian River Financial Services, LLC.
