one other thing i didn't post. my belief is that the shorts didn't cover with the 3/14 divvy because FINRA didn't approve it so the shorts knew they didn't have to cover. FINRA then couldn't just approve the divvy after the 3/14 date because of the shorts so they created this 4/15 date & approved it now.
