No doubt - I just want small evidence in the next 3 weeks.  And I am on a mission regarding the foriegns as you know by now....  He does need time.... I am still stuck that there is some technical and story points that will continue this in this range...  for a few more days maybe...  Looking at the chart it will need a sharp turn for it to change direction... I am one that thinks that that is not an overnight activity.... we will see though
