I was just going to reply with a chart. It tells one the history of a strong stock.
From 0.0001 to 0.007/0.01, consolidate for two months between 0.007 and 0.01, then make a move to 0.0248, back down and consolidate for two more months between 0.007 and 0.01, churning out the guys who bought the trips, then when the shares were in stronger/new hands, the real move came to break 0.0248, and it went to 0.05, now we're consolidating around the previous high. The consolidation is about done, and we should be able to break 0.05 if the news is good enough.
