because they are worried about people getting dui's  lol.  give me a break  if your driving bad enough to get pulled over and tested for a dui then you deserve one.  then they say because the price will go up with taxes,  give me a break do they think its gonna be tax free?  Id could start a campaign with all the no voters that these pot heads need to start paying tax on their dope and flip the script that easy   i may just do it to get more votes for it!  hahahahaha
