True - It needs stabilization....  Its a thing when the 50 moves up...  the key is the reaction.

In November it spiked off the 50.  I  December it bounced off the 50.  in January, it went under the fifty, but I imagine that has more to do with the license miscommunication/ expectation.

It really all comes down to news.  If there is a solid piece of news then ther will be a spike off the 50... if there is no news - down it goes... on the plus side the schoastics could not look worse.  And the MACD spread may start coming togehther
