That's why it's a blog-type article and not a paid media advertisement. If Baltia were paying for those to be sent out (which, according to the disclaimer, Baltia has nothing to do with these), they'd be very cheerleader-like. We don't want cheerleaders, we want cold, hard facts. And where the facts are somewhat uncertain, a "maybe" or "might" does make sense. 

This guy has no idea whether or not the proving flights could be domestic. That FAA line quoted in the iReport is totally vague, yet it does suggest there could be PROVING flights to destinations other than St. Petersburg for that 7-day period. Who knows...It would certainly make Baltia's life slightly easier.
