It is Steve who offer the unlimited shares for shorties to short this one, not Pizza boss.
If Steve would do another R/S or increase O/S, then pizza boss' half million shares are nothing , the shorties could get tons of shares from Steve, who need pizza boss' half M shares (former 55M).
