3rd party pumps are more the norm in the sector. When its a company running it the pps usually skyrockets much bigger and usually over a longer time span than we have seen. Imo most of the promos here are small time third party promos, nothing even close to the scale of Hipple/Jan in the past, those guys ran promos in the 6-7 digits I've heard
