It's not a threat, it's reality. The crap that dePoos tried to pull was far worse than with most companies that get suspended.... and illogical, stupid, and just plain ridiculous.
That's why it, even though it barely traded for ages, was so interesting and attractive to many of what you all call bashers . Similar to SRGE, SPNG, CSHD and CMKX, it was just so far out. As wikth those four, the ending was inevitable to those who know these smelly markets.
By the way, the latter three of those four all resulted in criminal charges and/or jail time for some of the perpetrators. SRGE, being as the top two execs never existed, is another story...worthy of many a belly laugh...but not for the stuckholders. With all of those, early warning were issued. A few heeded. Some thanked the truthseekers. Notice some former CDFT longs did as well.
