THE MARKET NEEDS TO BE CONVINCED AFTER MUCH BS! IMO TECO's credibility is zero with the market so it will take future filings for the masses to believe positive milestones.  I've heard "all is not as it seems" and I hope that is the case! Cripes;  they still can't file a 10Q or 10K in time after  a direct promise they wouldn't miss another deadline!  Maybe there is enough "word of mouth" among many sideliners to increase TECO's PPS but I will be very surprised to see the 40mm-50mm volume trading days required to bring the PPS back up to the .03-.05 range and where I assume many longs need to be.  I don't believe a word any one on the inside says anymore.  Still holding shares in certificate form for someday in the distant future with the hopes that change comes quickly.
