Once again TECO changes courses and lets the shareholders know at the last possible minute. Even know most every long did not expect very much out of the news letter we were still wanting to read what was said. Since you are listening Treaty here is a question, why not tell us last week that there would be no news letter today? Why wait until late today to inform everyone? Where is the 10K????? How late will it be????? Do we have funding for the Stockton and the Kubacak?? Some say we are starting the Stocktons this week and that we have funding in place, is this true??? .
