Wake up guys, VFIN moved up to .0078.

Either someone screwed up, or some sales are coming in. Need for dilution is way down, otherwise it would still be at .0025. It could be a good sign if it stays there from now on. I am not getting my hopes up too much, but this MAY be a sign if it stays there. If news comes when VFIN is up there, it would be OFF TO THE RACES.
