I absolutely expect that to be the case. Would you if you were in charge of this operation not already have purchase orders/contracts to be filled when the license is granted. I would. There is no way I would wait until it was "official". It's going to happen and everyone knows it. It's not a 99.9% chance it is a 100% given. On top of that we expect audited financials by May 15th. This thing will seriously get going in less than 60 days.
