Redcuffs, I had been thinking along the same lines when there were the monthly S1-Amendments and then all this silence.  However, after reading this excellent article on going public from a website on understanding Securities Law, I have a much better sense that all that has been happening, including delays and silence is a normal and prudent, if not expected part of the process of getting REGEN to a new ticker symbol as a publicly traded entity. 

I highly recommend reading this in its entirety.  Then if you go back and research the S1 filings, amendments, SEC approval and the final step of FINRA, you will see it all doesn't happen in a month.
