Since it was a DEFAMATION suit and not a MESSAGE BOARD suit, how do you know what motivated it and what was going on behind the scenes including endless fake reports to the DEC which caused lost time and extra expense?

Whatever it cost JBII for victory, I'm confident it was a tiny immaterial amount and well worth it.
