Oh yeah, they certainly need that type of news to see bigger, substantial gains, but right now I'm thinking (hoping) there is enough interest and belief by investors, that they are holding on to shares.  New investors coming in and buying up the 3's gets us to the 4's.  Slow and steady growth with the 100 share manipulation out of the way and until more news comes forth is good for me at the moment!
