What is it? a game? How will people use it? You can't use that type of graphic detail without hardware. There is no way people are going to log into an account via browser and experience this type of high detail. Those screen grabs represent high poly detailed renders that won't be used other than "cut scenes". It takes tremendous resources to develop a game yet alone a graphic intense game, yet alone a "virtual world". This would take teams of people and stupid amounts of money. A challenge for any established company and impossible for an "entertainment media complex" (that title is a joke) that is dabbling in this.
