FITX has the correct building permit and zoning needed to grow and "store" an agricultural crop, aka marijuana. Health Canada is the only authority who can license and provide any kind of permit for the marijuana grow operation. To think it's the town that issues a "medical marijuana grow operation permit" is ridiculous. Do people really think that the town happens to have a standard "medical marijuana grow operation permit" that they issue routinely? So of course "Kirk" doesn't have that on file...because it's not their authority to give it, especially when an official grow license has not been granted yet by Health Canada. Not too hard to understand, yet people continue to be distracted by these posts of irrelevant so called "facts". The facts are, the mayor, council, town economic planning committee and other officials (ones that actually matter and know what's going on) have publicly backed the project, and it is happening whether people want it to or not...
