Jervis has to be a majority holder to do a forward split without shareholders approval.  The PPS has come from .90 down to .12 now since the announcement of the R/S.  I'm confident Jervis has plans with DUSS and would like to optimize on there investment.  Sure they could dump there shares and run but that wouldn't be the smartest thing to do with this low floater.  I'm looking forward to the coming months and expecting the volume to pick up soon.
