Benz is now taking the Rubicon approach and saying sell or the stock may not be for you. He never stated this in the past and would try to somewhat defend them. Now he seems somewhat distant and may not know the entire picture or how to save the sinking ship.

Cannot blame him if he resigns as counsel and moves on but that will be the dagger in these stocks as he was the only one that appeared legit with these guys.
