The shareholders would vote on any buy-out offered to FITX shareholders. This would be a formality since us shareholders hold such a small amount of the O/S & A/S. Then, your bank/trade account cash balance would be larger on the day of the buy-out closing, assuming it was an ALL cash purchase. You very well could get shares of the company buying FITX out and cash, assuming that was what was offered to purchase FITX.
