Since the admins etc… seem to delete some of my comments, I'll try to keep it factual here. Anyone with experience as a GC or sub on a project like this want to talk about their personal experience with design, build, time frame, etc. would be greatly appreciated. I would expect the speed of the project is blowing people with experience as contractors away, but I would love to hear from someone who has been involved in a design/build for a facility of similar construction to this one.
