Because I view this merger as a net detriment to SKTO/BB, I'm more pleased than not that the problem-child AEGY's PR announcing "definitive merger agreement" is a numberless and rather vague, open-ended cut-and-paste job. By that point of view, also, no mention of expected closing date of merger is pleasant music.
