How many shares of JBII are short on average...maybe 100,000 shares?...about $18,000 in market value? Are you suggesting that there is an organized group in place with many people spreading FUD, even for years, to try to whittle away some of that $18,000, even paying other people to post and also taking the risk that the stock might go up??
